Who Said Elephants Can't Dance
This is a fascinating book by Lou Gerstner, former CEO of IBM on how he transformed the organization. In the early 90s, most people gave up on it. Seeing how a 'non-technical' person could take the reigns and transform a technical organization provides us some valuable lessons.
